All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Standard shipping typically takes 7-15 business days. Please note that these are estimates only. Lymph Ease does not guarantee exact delivery dates, and unforeseen shipping delays may occasionally occur.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses Lymph Ease is strictly not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect, invalid, or incomplete addresses provided by the customer at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an address error on the customer's part, the customer is solely responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages Lymph Ease is not liable for any products lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. Once the carrier marks the package as "Delivered" to the address provided, our responsibility ends. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Lymph Ease is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, and other international surcharges) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
